Do I need to understand AI or prompting?
No. That's the point of the service. You provide the creator references and creative direction; ReelForge handles the production workflow and quality checks.
How consistent can the creator stay?
Creator consistency is a core focus of the workflow, including face, hair, body and overall appearance. Some fine details — especially complex tattoos — can be more difficult depending on the shot.
What does the $49 creator setup cover?
It covers the initial recurring-production setup for one creator: reference preparation, identity setup, testing and getting the creator ready for ongoing production. It is charged once per creator on S, M and L.
What counts as a regeneration?
If a technically broken reel should not have passed our QC, we replace it. A regeneration credit is for an additional version of an otherwise acceptable reel — for example a different styling, setting, look or creative direction requested after delivery.
Can agencies use ReelForge for several creators?
Yes. Enterprise starts at three creators and is quoted around your roster and required monthly volume. Creator setup fees are included at Enterprise level.
How fast is delivery?
Turnaround depends on package size, current production capacity and the creator setup. We confirm the expected delivery window with you before the order is finalized in Telegram.
Do you guarantee views, followers or revenue?
No. ReelForge provides content production, not guaranteed social performance. Results also depend on account health, creative strategy, posting, audience, platform behavior and other factors outside production.
How do I pay?
Payment and final order details are handled directly with ReelForge after your request is reviewed. The website does not collect payment information.
